1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

2. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY SERVICES?

Delivery is available. The fee for celebration cakes is $50 and for wedding cakes it is a delivery and setup fee of

3. CAN I SCHEDULE A TASTING FOR WEDDING CAKES?

Yes! We would love to sit and chat about your dream wedding cake.

Wedding tastings include 3 flavor selections and a consultation to discuss your vision. Tastings are $100 and typically last for 1 hour.

4. DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

We do not offer samples, but a 4-pack tasting box is available by request for $20. It includes a selection of that week's available flavors.

5. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?

There is a 50% non-refundable retainer for all celebration cakes. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled delivery/pick-up date. A credit will be provided to use at a later date, up to 6 months post the initial scheduled date

6. WHAT'S THE PRICING RANGE FOR CUSTOM CAKES?

Final pricing is determined by the size, height and complexity of the design.

  • Single tiered custom cakes start at $150.
  • A $750 minimum applies to all wedding orders.

7. HOW SHOULD I STORE THE BAKED GOODS TO KEEP THEM FRESH?

Cakes are cold at the time of pick up or delivery. If you do not plan to serve the same day, it is recommended to keep the cake in the freezer or fridge if limited space until 1 hour prior to your event.

8. ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR CONSULTATIONS?

15 min consultations via phone are available for celebration cakes.

Wedding consultations are available which consist of an in person discussion and tasting option of your choice. Wedding consultations typically last 1 hour.

9. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Artisan Buttercream operates out of a private cake studio, by appointment only. We operate under the Michigan Cottage Law and are insured. Order pick up takes place at 2838 Coolidge Hwy, Berkley, MI 48072.

10. CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LAST-MINUTE ORDERS?

Last minute orders are accepted based on availability. There is a $50 priority fee for orders placed less than 7 days from the event date and $75 if placed within 3 days of the event. If the date is greyed out on the calendar, send a text to 248-854-4262 with your details and I can confirm availability.
